With today's talent pool being more liquid than ever before and data being highly fragmented & siloed,  I wanted to build a modern system that created an information advantage, delivering critical business insights from talent insights, that changed the way leaders analyzed markets, hired the best talent and managed risk more effectively.

After graduating University of Waterloo I saw the vast majority of my peers, and myself included, move to major US cities. I joined Terrain as our first hire to help reshape how fast growing companies think about hiring outside of the best known metro areas.
